Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges

1. Undeliverable packages and 'Return to Sender' incur a 17% restocking fee. Canceled orders post-shipment are subject to this fee.

2. Pre-shipment cancellations result in a refund minus a 5% processing fee.

3. Unopened items can be returned within 48 hours of delivery. Initiate via support@thevapelifestore.com.

4. Shipping and restocking fees are non-refundable.

5. Portable vaporizers can be replaced or credited, less return shipping and restocking fees.

6. All returns require an RMA#. Obtain from support@thevapelifestore.com. Provide name, order #, item, reason, and condition.

7. Response time is 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Refunds processed within 3 business days post-item receipt.

8. RMA# valid for 7 days from issue. Failure to use voids return.

9. Damaged or defective items reported within 24 hours will be replaced. Include photos or video.

11. Functioning returned items will be sent back at customer's expense.

12. International returns may incur fees, deducted from refund.

The VapeLife Store retains the right to assess operability and completeness of returned items. Non-compliance with policy voids return.
